Description
We are looking for a dynamic and talented Junior Accounts Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- General admin and reception duties: mail, maintaining petty cash, updating excel spreadsheets, clients records, data entry, arranging taxis and couriers, stock-counting, filing etc.
- Responsible for processing and expediting orders through the accounts system, dealing with customer queries and providing excellent customer service across the board.
- Creating and matching purchase orders with delivery dockets, recording the relevant information of parts received and inputting supplier invoices on the system.
- Assisting with logistics activities within the company: arranging collection, communicating with courier services TNT/UPS/Fedex/DHL, preparing documentation, ensuring the outgoing regulations are followed for inbound & outbound shipments, tracking deliveries, requesting freight rates from our courier services, addressing any issues which may arise with regard to customs etc.
Requirements
- NFQ Level 6.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Main Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word experience is essential
- Minimum 12 months administration experience required
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
- Good communication skills with a professional approach
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Flexible approach and willing to offer support to the team when required
