We are looking for a dynamic and talented Office Administrator to join our team.
- General admin and reception duties: mail, maintaining petty cash, updating excel spreadsheets, clients records, data entry, arranging taxis and couriers, stock-counting, filing etc.
- Responsible for processing and expediting orders through Sage, dealing with customer queries and providing excellent customer service across the board.
- Creating and matching purchase orders with delivery dockets, supplier invoices and entering new product codes in Sage Accounts.
- Responsible for logistics activities within the company: arranging collection, communicating with courier services TNT/UPS/Fedex/DHL, preparing documentation, ensuring the outgoing regulations are followed for inbound & outbound shipments, tracking deliveries, requesting freight rates from our courier services, addressing any issues which may arise with regard to customs etc.
